Storify Studio

You're proud of the work. The market keeps scrolling.

You sharpened the credentials. You made the features louder. You sent the campaign — then refreshed the dashboard one more time before bed, and the number still hadn't moved.

What if the quiet isn't the market's fault?

First, here's how the market actually hears you. Most of what your company says about itself sounds about like this:

"A full-service, established firm. Certified, trusted, and committed to delivering excellence and real results for every client we serve."

Read it once more, slowly. Notice what you feel.  →  Nothing.

That blankness has been doing its quiet work for years — in every inbox that didn't open, every proposal that went cold.

Twelve people who'd rather fix the thing right than sell you the upgrade. One of them is still at the bench past six, re-running a test over a tolerance no one but her would ever notice. They took the job everyone else called impossible — not for the margin, but because walking away from it felt worse.

Same firm. Same facts. You leaned in a little on that one — and you don't even work there.

So the only question that matters: which version have your customers been getting?
You already know. And you just felt, in your own chest, that it could be the other one.

The Way Out

You're not unmemorable. You're un-excavated.

That feeling can be built — on purpose, for every customer you have. You don't get a fill-in-the-blank template here. You get the one true story only your company could tell — excavated from who you already are, then engineered to structure so it holds its shape on a homepage, in a pitch, in a hallway.

The way out was never a better argument. You can't out-argue indifference; louder features just produce louder indifference. The way out is to stop arguing, and let people feel the one true story that's already yours.

How It's Built

Excavated, then engineered.

Your story isn't invented and it isn't borrowed. It's found in who you already are — then built to hold its shape everywhere it has to stand. Six disciplines, one story.

01

Discovery

We excavate the true story buried under your features — and find the moment your customer's life actually turns.

02

Architecture

We build the structural spine, with your customer cast as the hero and your company as the guide who helps them win.

03

Positioning

We sharpen the story into the one only you could tell — a line no competitor can copy.

04

Resonance

We pressure-test it against how attention, trust, and memory actually form. The part a template can't do.

05

The Build

We render the story across your site, deck, and channels — every word traceable to one idea.

06

The Quality Gate

Nothing ships until it passes the one law we never break: show, don't argue, that the story works.

The Studio

Six minds. One point of contact.

Behind every engagement is a team of six specialists, each owning one discipline of the craft. You work with one studio — your story gets the attention of an entire firm.

01

The Discovery Lead

Finds the real story buried under the features.

02

The Story Architect

Builds the spine and keeps the customer in the hero's seat.

03

The Positioning Lead

Makes the story an ownable, competitive wedge.

04

The Resonance Lead

Tests whether the story does to a brain what story should.

05

The Lead Writer

Renders the architecture into living words, every channel.

06

The Editor

The quality gate. Nothing ships until it's earned the right to.

About

Why we only ever tell true stories.

Ken Leatherman

Before there was a studio, there were thirty years of rooms where the stakes were real. Storify's founder, Ken Leatherman, spent them in risk and operations — and since 2007, inside the senior-housing world, advising the people who run buildings full of other people's parents.

For years he walked those operators through the risk — the exposure, the claims, the numbers that should have kept them up at night — and watched it move no one. So one year he stopped explaining and built something different: a documented mock trial, a real courtroom, a jury handed a life and asked what mattered. The tape did what the live numbers never could. They played it for years, room after room.

Storify came out of that room. So when a firm of engineers told us, flatly, that they had no personality — no story, just good work and a website nobody read — we knew better. We found their story. And the moment it landed was that same feeling, moving through a room of people who'd been certain they were boring.

Not an agency with a services menu. A brand-story studio with a single craft: finding the one true story only your company could tell, and engineering it to hold its shape everywhere it has to stand.
